I think you're right, the only way that I can manage it would be to actually not be in the house when working on sites etc. More productive in the long run (no distractions) and also no chance of being made to feel guilty when sitting in another room, and she wants 'quality' time. Will definitely be looking for better solutions that's for sure. Not sure what time library shuts in the evenings but some place else quiet would also suffice. Let's hope we can come to a happy medium really as it's v. frustraiting. Thanks James. What I might suggest is literally allocating X amount of hours per day and leaving to go to the library.
